"Farrow was asked to expedite the installation of the numerous items including utilities, mass excavation, asphalt-concrete paving, landscaping, and construction of two large retention ponds. These were completed ahead of schedule and allowed others to expedite their work.

Additionally, the Farrow Group was asked to correct items previously constructed by others and did so in a professional manner.
